So it goes without saying that Walmart's exclusive seven-minute 'Eclipse' sneak peek could only stay safe for so long. And now, the behind-the-scenes video, which is featured on Walmart's 'New Moon Ultimate Fan Edition,' has leaked, and it's spreading faster than we can scream "Team Edward."

The sneak peek is the perfect thing to hold fans over until the big release of 'Eclipse' on June 30. The video's seven minutes are jam packed with behind-the-scenes footage of the actors' training sessions, glimpses at some amazing action scenes and commentary from our favorite cast members. We're just 96 days away from the release of 'Eclipse,' the third installment of 'The Twilight Saga,' and fans are on the hunt for just about any juicy bit of 'Eclipse' info they can sink their teeth into.
But the real kicker comes in the last two minutes of the video when we get a first look at an actual scene from the upcoming movie. In the clip, Bella and Edward are having another endless discussion about why he doesn't want her to transform into a vampire. Instead of telling you about it, why don't you just watch it for yourself? We promise you won't be disappointed.

While making a dash for the car, his face showed signs of distress as he tried to shield himself from the cameras. There was even one shot of him with his back turned, leaning up against a wall and burying his head, as if he was waiting for the paparazzi to give up. But despite all his efforts, they didn't back off, and they followed him through the underground parking garage where he thought he'd be safe.

These photos reveal a different side to Pattinson, something fans are expressing they aren't interested in seeing. A number of fansites have gotten together to launch a worldwide campaign against the paparazzi and their intrusion into Pattinson's private life. It all began last weekend when photos emerged of Robert Pattinson battling a mob of paparazzi as he tried to escape from the Hollywood Hard Rock Cafe.

The 'Respect Rob' campaign has spread like wildfire on the Internet, with over 600 posted photos of fans using their hands to cover their faces, imitating Pattinson's forced pose. In the hopes of creating a worldwide movement, online banners in a number of languages have been generated, all promoting the anti-paparazzi campaign.

"We want the paps to know that we don't want to see pics like these, so stop taking them," one fan website stated.

Another site declared, "There are limits and you have gone too far. He doesn't want this, neither do we."

But it was only less then a year ago that fans from all over traveled to Vancouver with the hope of catching a glimpse of the 'Twilight' heartthrob. Fans visited set locations, revealed hotel information, and tipped off others when the cast was spotted at various restaurants. During the filming of 'Remember Me,' Pattinson got clipped by a cab while he was running from hysterical fans. Even Pattinson's bodyguard was fed up with fan behavior as he screamed, "You see what you did, you almost killed him!" So we have to wonder if the fans are equally to blame for the intrusion into Pattinson's life.

As a 'Twilight' fan I can understand the desire to see as many photos of Pattinson as possible, but I also realize he deserves privacy and respect. Last April the WTForks writers, including myself, made our way to Vancouver for the filming of 'New Moon.' We stopped by the sets, ate at the stars' favorite restaurants, and ran into Michael Welch, but it wasn't until the last night that our wishes came true.

We attended the Sam Bradley (Rob's best friend and ex-roomate) concert; the venue swarmed with fans and was surrounded by paparazzi. The bouncer allowed myself and co-writer Lanie to enter the backstage area, letting us know there was one rule ... no photographs. At first we were upset, but as we spotted Robert and Kristen Stewart in the green room, surrounded by friends and enjoying their night together, our feelings changed.

Don't get me wrong. It was an unforgettable moment, but at the same time it felt a bit strange to gawk at a crowd of people. As the duo headed for the door, I could hear the security guards discussing their exit strategy. It was like listening to a head coach getting players ready for the big game. As the back door opened, all you could see was a series of bright flashes chasing after the pair.

Some people argue that this is the life they signed up for, and it comes with the territory. But does this mean the paparazzi deserve to take away their quality of life? Chances are the paparazzi won't let up; they do get paid for exclusive shots, but that doesn't mean the fans should give up hope. Instead of focusing on paparazzi' behavior, perhaps they should encourage one another to alter their own.

What do you think about the campaign against the paparazzi? Are they to blame for intruding into the star's life, or is this just part and parcel of being Hollywood celebrity?

It's no secret that I'm 100 percent a self-proclaimed 'Twi-Hard' and not the slightest bit ashamed to admit it. So naturally when it comes to another person's 'Twilight' obsession I don't judge or question it, at least not up until now.

Recently, the writers at Cinematical spotlighted the website 'My Life Is Twilight,' a place where fans post daily 'Twilight' related encounters. The website title alone seemed a little over the top, but I still kept an open mind, because who was I to criticize my fellow 'Twilight' fans? However, reading through these confessions eventually had me wondering if 'The Twilight Saga' is more damaging to young teens than I'd like to admit. It's no secret that I'm 100 percent a self-proclaimed 'Twi-Hard' and not the slightest bit ashamed to admit it.
Here's a few excerpts from the site:

"Today, my ex-boyfriend threw my 'Twilight' book across the room. He was still my boyfriend before that."

"Today me and my boyfriend Edward watched 'Twilight' and whenever Edward Cullen's lines came on he would repeat them line for line. While he did Edward's I did Bella's. It was fun especially when we did the kissing scene he put an ice pack on his lips before we kissed and that was our first kiss too"

"Today, I had the epiphany that by going to the gym and possibly a tanning salon, my boyfriend could look like Jacob Black. I then proceeded to tell him the plan, to which he agreed and started."

"Today, (actually a few months ago) I read 'Twilight' for the first time ... I finished the book in seven and a half hours then proceeded to cry because I so badly wanted my life to be like Bella Swan's and I really wanted an Edward for myself."

There were pages upon pages of affirmations, all surrounding one common theme, their desire to be with someone like Edward or Jacob. At first some of the stories seemed laughable as they were filled with innocence, but others seemed a bit disconcerting. As a 20-something woman in a stable relationship, I'm confident in saying that I have a firm grip on reality about my affinity for 'The Twilight Saga.' However, if I were a 14-year old girl exploring new relationships, I'm not so sure I'd be able to say the same thing. Some parents look at this behavior as if it were a passing phase, finding solace in the fact that at least they're not out doing drugs.

What do you think about these fan confessions? Should parents be concerned if their daughter is expressing obsessive behavior towards these fictional characters?

Considering the massive box office success (and the fans' overwhelming approval) of 'New Moon,' the lucky director who bags 'Breaking Dawn' will have some big shoes to fill, and should be ready to face the challenges behind this final chapter. It's clear Summit Entertainment needs to secure someone who isn't a stranger to the world of makeup and special effects -- and to the undying love between a teen girl and a vampire -- so who will be the perfect fit?

Read on for our list of five directors we think could tackle 'Breaking Dawn.'

Tim Burton: Burton has a known fondness for Gothic love tales (see: 'Corpse Bride,' 'Beetlejuice' and 'Sweeney Todd'), and his imagination expands far beyond most minds. Even 'Twilight' cast members Jamie Campbell Bower and Ashley Greene are crossing their fingers in the hopes that he'll sign onto the project. Maybe they're hoping he'll bring along his male muse, Johnny Depp.

Catherine Hardwicke: She brought the first movie to life and set the stage for other directors, so it might seem fitting and nice that she tie it all together in the end and reunite with the original cast as the curtain closes. However, her lack of experience in special effects -- and the general sense that the first 'Twilight' film didn't meet expectations -- makes her a long shot.

Peter Jackson: Best known for bringing 'The Lord of the Rings' novels to life on the big screen, he is a master behind the lens. His ability to turn a simple conversation between characters into a highly detailed scene could take 'Breaking Dawn' to the next level. Jackson's background in the fantasy genre would be a perfect fit for the Bella transformation plot of the final novel. Just imagine the power of 'Twilight' and 'LOTR' fans united.

Quentin Tarantino: His signature style mixes gore with humor, captivating the minds of audiences all over the world. His quirky take and sarcastic edge would be a great asset in bringing out Jacob's snarky behavior in the final book. Tarantino is one of the more off-the-wall directors, but perhaps that's what 'Breaking Dawn' needs. It might not hurt to have his input on the screenwriting process as well. But could he put out a PG-rated film? Umm ... we'll get back to you on that one.

Len Wiseman: He's certainly no stranger to the vampire vs. werewolf story line (the 'Underworld' films), and his affinity for the comic-book world could come in handy. He may have to tone down his darker side for the 'Twilight Saga' tween audience, but he's directed 'New Moon' star Michael Sheen before (and lived through his own romantic triangle, with Sheen and now wife Kate Beckinsale -- guess that makes him Team Edward).

It's been just 4 days since the release of 'New Moon,' and director Chris Weitz is already getting us prepared for what will undoubtedly be the biggest DVD release in 2010. In an interview with MTV, he reveals some of the secrets that we can look forward to seeing on the 'New Moon' DVD.

"There will be a commentary track," Weitz revealed, saying that he'll soon be recording with 'Twilight Saga' power trio Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. "It'll just be us riffing off each other in our intimate way," he grinned. "We kind of like each other, so that should be fun."

The DVD is scheduled to be released sometime around the first quarter of 2010, and we can expect at least 20 minutes of deleted footage. Weitz says, "It really is good stuff and a bonus for the fans."

The bonus footage could be made up of several moments MTV knows were shot but did not make the final 'New Moon' cut, including:

- A scene with Rachelle Lefevre as Victoria driving to Forks in a car, snacking on a dead human. It was one of the final moments the actress filmed as the nomadic vampire (Bryce Dallas Howard takes on the role for the next movie).

- A scene with the human characters eating Burger King.

- Another scene with the humans, this time with Justin Chon and Michael Welch expressing jealousy over Edward's car.

- More scenes with the Volturi in Italy.

- An extended cut of the scene where Mike Newton quotes Shakespeare to Bella in the Forks High parking lot; in it, he does a Marlon Brando impersonation.

- Scenes alluding to the ongoing breakup between Newton and Anna Kendrick's Jessica.

"When I made the film, I wanted it to arrive at a certain kind of flow and cadence," Weitz commented on why so many scenes ended up on the cutting-room floor. "[They would have affected] how the movie worked, and they didn't completely fit. But there'll be some groovy stuff in [the DVD]."

Most of the time we leave the theater wishing the pair would turn their on-screen romance into a reality. Sometimes this happens, like Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams of 'The Notebook,' and other times we're left wondering if the rumors are true. Recently, it's been all about ' The Twilight Saga' duo Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson -- are they together or not?

'The Twilight Saga' began filming in 2008 in Canada. Kristen Stewart joined the cast and made it very clear that she was still with long time boyfriend Michael Angarano. The two were photographed all over Vancouver, holding hands, kissing, showing no signs of relationship problems.

But when it came time to film 'New Moon,' things began to change. Michael was seen less and the spotlight moved onto Pattinson. The pair attended concerts, went out for intimate dinners, and recently were spotted holding hands in Paris.

Harper's Bazaar chose the duo for their December cover story, resulting in a very intimate 'Newly Wed Game' type of interview. The article captured the actors in a different light, as they revealed things only a couple would know about one another.

Kristen Stewart sat down with ET's Samantha Harris and dished on the Robert Pattinson dating rumors, sort of. "The only way that I'm able to stay sane is to protect myself, and like, I know that it doesn't matter how you answer a question, it's going to tip," Stewart said. "Someone's going to say, 'She's totally with him,' or, 'No, I don't think she is,' so it's sort of like, I don't care."

According to every gossip magazine in the supermarket checkout line the pair is together and living happily ever after.

"The intrigue over Robert and Kristen stems from their youthful lust and passion, and on-and-off, whirlwind relationship," said Jared Shapiro, executive editor of Life & Style Weekly, the first weekly magazine to put Pattinson and Stewart on their cover. "It's part of the fascination, that while real, they are also part fantasy."

Should we wonder if these relationship rumors are for real or just part of a marketing scheme? After seeing the opening day numbers for 'New Moon,' it's clear the movie doesn't need any help in the marketing department.

Will the pair ever come clean on the relationship? "It's not like they're going to say OK, we'll stop now, we'll stop waiting outside your house," Stewart said of the media's interest in the relationship. "So, I'm just going to keep it to myself."

What do you think? Are they together or not? Do you think the media should just leave them alone?

The Twilight phenomenon has piqued the interests of college professors and researchers and an upcoming book, 'Bitten by Twilight: Youth culture, media, and the vampire franchise', due next year, takes an academic look at the book series. 'The Twilight Saga' has been grabbing the attention of women (and men) from all over the world but if you thought the books and movies were just for boy-crazy women, think again.

The Twilight phenomenon has piqued the interests of college professors and researchers and an upcoming book, 'Bitten by Twilight: Youth culture, media, and the vampire franchise', due next year, takes an academic look at the book series.

"What really surprised us was the obvious abstinence message in the books and that teens were responding favorably to this message," said Melissa Click, assistant professor of communication at the University of Missouri and one of the authors of the book.

"Many of the young women that we interviewed had felt pressure to perform sexually by their peers, but now they have a desire to find their own 'Edward,' who will be interested in them for nonsexual reasons," Click said.

This observation leaves me wondering if the researchers read the same book that I did. While Bella and Edward do wait until marriage to become sexually involved, this wasn't by choice. A large portion of their relationship is spent sharing a bed, engaging in steamy make-out sessions that leave the pair frustrated about not going all the way. Let's be real, the only reason the situation doesn't progress is because of Edward's uncontrollable strength. If this factor was removed, there is no doubt those two would take the sexual relationship farther.

On the surface, the relationship between Edward and Bella seems perfect and filled with romance. However, once you take away the sparkles, harmful messages are revealed. There's a series of events in which Edward's behavior appeals to young girls seeking unconditional love, but he's in fact very controlling and borderline abusive. For example, in 'Eclipse,' in an effort to keep Bella from going to see Jacob, he simply removes her car's battery cables. In 'Twilight,' Edward tells Bella, "It makes me ... anxious ... to be away from you" and "You are my life now." As a 15-year-old girl exploring love for the first time this may seem ideal, but will only lead to skewed relationship expectations in the future.

Although adults would love to dissect 'Twilight' 'using it as promotional tool for abstinence in teens, it doesn't look too promising. Perhaps the focus should be on building healthy relationships, recognizing abusive behaviors and how to avoid them.

What do you think about these underlying themes? Do you see abstinence or abuse?

As the power trio of Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson arrived, the fans went absolutely mad, requiring police to form a barricade around them. But this didn't stop the trio from giving the fans exactly what they came for. The three got up close to the gates, shook hands, posed for pictures, showing fans those days of waiting were all worth it. "This is what you work for," Stewart said, looking at the crowd. "I don't think most people will get to experience something quite like this," said Pattinson.

'New Moon' cast members were kind enough to make their way to the live stream, ensuring that the Twi-hards tuning in wouldn't miss out on any of the premiere action. Nikki Reed and Ashley Greene were all smiles, as they both expressed a disbelief of what 'The Twilight Saga' has done for their lives and careers. "I just feel really grateful," Reed said. "I totally feel like I don't deserve this much attention. I want to tell them that I shouldn't even be in this film." Reed also mentioned that she'd be leaving for London in a few weeks to work on a new project, in which she will make her directorial debut.

Although she's not a mom in real life, Elizabeth Reaser plays the part of Esme quite well. So where does her inspiration come from? She looks to her sister Mary and mother Karen, who both played very strong roles in her life when it came to providing guidance and nurturing. As for being a part of the phenomenon known as 'Twilight', she expresses that it's been a very amazing, yet humbling experience.

'New Moon' has welcomed a new bunch of actors into the 'Twilight' family, including 15-year-old starlet Dakota Fanning, who had quite the hilarious comment on her role as Jane. "People have asked me to give them the death look," Fanning said, "but it's hard to do it on the spot."

For the 'New Moon' cast, there wasn't a doubt in mind that the premiere night was all for the fans, "We're just blessed to have a really strong fan base. I'm a fan of the books, so I know where it comes from." says Peter Facinelli.

As for the actual movie, Robert Pattinson wants the fans to know "the hype is all true, it is that good."

It's been almost a year since 'Twilight Saga' author Stephenie Meyer has spoken to the media. But with the release of 'New Moon' just under a week away, Meyer made the decision to break her silence, but for only one exclusive interview.

So, why the sudden change of heart? According to a recent blog post on her official site, Meyer wrote, "I am so pleased and amazed and thrilled with what Chris Weitz has done with 'New Moon' that I want to talk about it, and to show my support for him." Editor's note: Moviefone is excited to feature the writing of several dedicated 'Twilight' fan bloggers to our readers.
So who did she choose to sit down with for this exclusive interview? None other than the lovely Oprah Winfrey.

The interview began with clips from an intimate interview Meyer did with 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' producers at the author's home. Then she gave the fans what they were waiting for, as she walked out on stage to sit down for a brief interview with Oprah.

Meyer explained how she was nothing more than a stay at home mom who one night had a dream, literally. "In the dream it was two people in a circular meadow and one of them was a sparkly boy and one was just a girl who was human and normal and the boy was a vampire, which was bizarre," Meyer said. This dream turned into Chapter 13 of ''Twilight.'

Unfortunately there wasn't too much discussion about 'New Moon,' but Meyer did reveal one secret about the book. "There was a different ending to 'New Moon,'" she explained. "Originally it was much quieter [and took place] in Bella's head."

Meyer's mother, Candy Morgan, urged her to change it because it was too boring, which resulted in introducing the Volturi much earlier than planned. So was she happy about the changes made? "That whole scene at the end is king of my favorite part now," Meyer said.

The interview wouldn't have been complete without the mention of 'Twilight' heartthrob Robert Pattinson: "Rob is hilarious. He is the funniest person. He's not at all like the Edward character. He's so different. He just doesn't look like anyone else, in a good way. He's very striking looking."

Staying true to her giving nature, Oprah skyped in with Missouri's Bolivar Middle School to discuss how 'The Twilight Saga' changed their lives. Their school library has a waiting list of 1,000 kids eager to get their hands on the book set. It looks like they won't be waiting any more -- they'll be receiving 600 copies of the entire four book-set.

What did all you Twi-hards think about the interview? Was it too short and not as intimate as you would have liked? She's been silent for a year, don't you think she should have told us what she's been up too?

'New Moon' is the story of a girl who loses herself as a result of a traumatic breakup, something most people can relate to, including screenwriter Rosenberg. In the book, Bella spends a great deal of time being depressed and heartbroken, but as Rosenberg says, "in a film, that can get tiresome." By condensing the more depressing parts she was able to highlight what she feels is the standalone theme in the movie, "that which doesn't kill you makes you stronger." By focusing the script around Bella's evolution as a person, Rosenberg was able to ensure this movie wouldn't just be a bridge between the first and third films.

One of the other great challenges in bringing 'New Moon' to life was finding a way to convey the story of 'The Volturi.' In the book, Meyer describes a painting in which 'The Volturi' are shown. Rosenberg took this imagery and ran with it. "Why don't we go into the painting. Let's let it come alive, and let's actually meet these people," Rosenberg says. In the end, she found herself especially gratified when this scene was brought to life by Weitz.

It's no secret that 'New Moon' will be a success, but Rosenberg wants the audience to be more than just entertained by the film. She hopes viewers will leave theaters with a little insight, and the idea that "all the things in our lives, even the negative, painful experiences, all provide an opportunity to learn and grow."

At the end of the day, Rosenberg is able to look back on 'New Moon' and say with confidence, "this one I'm proud of."
