Blame the Jägermeister!

For a stand-up comic, Jimmy Fallon sure falls down a lot. (Maybe the "Tonight Show" host's ancestors got that name because they kept falling on things.) You probably heard about Jimmy's bizarre wedding ring fall over the summer, which almost ripped his finger off, and he just fell again, injuring another finger. This time, he was in Cambridge, MA, on Saturday being honored by the Harvard Lampoon when he tripped and fell -- while holding a bottle of Jägermeister. D'oh!

Jimmy can't just fall and get up like a normal person, he injures himself enough to head to the hospital, so he was taken to Mass General. Here's a fan-shot video of what happened:

A source told People that Jimmy is "totally fine" and the fall happened during the celebration, when a girl crouched down in front of him as he was turning and he tripped over her. They said the Cambridge police helped him back up and he took off in his limo for the hospital. He's a delicate flower, our Jimmy!

The comedian was more casual about the injury on Instagram, sharing this no big deal photo:

Nothing that a few band aids couldn't fix.

Stay safe out there, Jimmy, and keep away from the Jägermeister!
