"Jaws 19" may be fake, but "Die Hard 6," aka "Die Hard: Year One," is really happening. It may not keep that name, but the plan from director Len Wiseman is to do a prequel origin story showing how John McClane got to be the NYC cop we met when Bruce Willis introduced him back in 1988.

What does Bruce Willis think of this plan? He told Entertainment Tonight he's "probably going to produce" the movie and he's excited about the possibilities. "It's a very good idea, a really tricky idea, and I'm very happy about it," Willis told ET. "It's a really cool idea, because it's the origin story. It's gonna happen at the beginning of this. We're going to bounce back and forth."

The movie is reportedly going to focus on a younger version of McClane, with Willis only seen in flash-forward scenes, so ET asked who might be able to play the young McCLane. "We're not there yet," Willis said. "Hopefully he's got a hard head." As we previously noted, Joseph Gordon-Levitt already has experience playing a younger Bruce Willis in "Looper," so they could ask him to return for another round. Too obvious?

What do you think of this idea, and -- since it seems to be happening whether you like it or not -- who should play young John McClane?
