Want to own a piece of television history? It's yours for a cool $1.6 million, bitch.

The house owned by Jesse Pinkman (Breaking Bad" is going on sale in real life, and the 3,500-square foot Spanish Colonial revival located in Albuquerque, New Mexico can be purchased for the price above. In either a positive or a negative, depending on your affinity for accuracy/blue crystal, the local brokers at Coldwell Banker caution, "Meth lab not included."

In an interview with Today.com, associate brokers Susan C. Feil and Alicia Feil Peterson said that the owners wanted to appeal to "Breaking Bad" fans specifically when selling the home.

"They thought that this was definitely going to be a unique opportunity that would appeal to a variety of buyers, not just in our market, but globally," Peterson told Today.

The two-story home features four bedrooms, two porches, wood floors, stone-framed doors, and several fireplaces, and is located in the posh Albuquerque Country Club neighborhood. Though the home was used for exterior shots and many interior scenes, a replica was eventually built for more elaborate party sequences -- and broker Peterson insists, "It's a really quiet neighborhood." Sure.
