- 'Rosemary's Baby' (1968)
Tagline: "Pray for Rosemary's Baby"The Godfather of Satanic Baby movies, "Rosemary's Baby" -- based on the chilling Ira Levin novel -- is the one that launched a never-ending stream of cheap imitations. A fragile Mia Farrow stars as the title character, who finds she's carrying the Devil's Child and that everyone, including her husband, her doctor and her creepy neighbors, are in on the demonic conspiracy.
- 'Beyond the Door' (1974)
Tagline: "Beyond this door the most terrifying event in the history of mankind is about to occur!"A notoriously schlocky Italian production that manages to rip off both "Rosemary's Baby" and "The Exorcist." The otherwise very classy Juliet Mills stars as a woman who already has two lovely (if trendily foul-mouthed) children, but something goes wrong with her third pregnancy. Soon, she's spewing pea soup, her neck's rotating in ways she'd never imagined and the kids' dolls are coming to life!
- 'The Omen' (1976)
Tagline: "Our final warning"In this '70s horror classic, Gregory Peck and Lee Remick discover that there's something very wrong with their son, Damien. Dad kept it secret from Mom that their own baby died at birth, so he took in the infant of a woman who died in childbirth, never guessing what kind of baboon-shrieking hellride they were in for. Don't bother with the pallid 2006 remake.
- 'The Seventh Sign' (1988)
Tagline: "The seals have been broken. The prophecies have begun. Now only one woman can halt the end of our world."Demi Moore and Michael Biehn are expecting a baby during troubled times: fish are dying, the Mideast is freezing, and the Amazon river turns to blood. The baby's not actually the Antichrist, but its birth will bring about the END. OF. THE. WORLD, unless Demi hopes really, really hard that it doesn't. Perpetual villain Jurgen Prochnow is Jesus (but of course). Trivia: Demi was actually pregnant with daughter Rumer for part of the film.
- 'The Calling' (2000)
Tagline: "Evil is dead. On the 3rd day it shall rise again"Laura Harris ("The Faculty") stars as a woman whose husband is secretly a follower of Satan and who impregnates her at a mystic site during a full moon. Sure enough, their son turns out to be the evil guinea-pig-impaling, backwards-talking Antichrist!
- 'Blessed' (2004)
Tagline: "Evil is coming."Heather Graham plays Samantha, who is infertile but becomes pregnant with twins after treatments from "The Spiritus Research Center," where they've secretly impregnated her with the Devil's DNA! Samantha experiences painful scratching in her belly, as if her babies already had fingernails. A crazed priest (Andy Serkis, aka Gollum!) tries to get her to poison the babies before they're born, but sure enough, they grow up and begin exercising their evil powers.
- 'Born' (2007)
Tagline: "Feed baby now."Actors all have to pay our dues in Hollywood and "Community"s Alison Brie paid hers in this little-seen flick as a virginal 21-year-old who gets mysteriously knocked up by the Devil. She's soon having strange pregnancy cravings that lead her to kill. When Kane Hodder (best known as horror icon Jason) plays a man of the cloth, you know things won't end well.
- 'The Haunting of Molly Hartley' (2008)
Tagline: "Her past is yet to come."Jane (Marian Hinkle) tries to stab her 17-year-old daughter Molly (Haley Bennett) to death. What Molly doesn't know is that she died at birth and her parents made a terrifying pact with the Devil that they'd turn her over on her 18th birthday if he let her live. Her mother's in a psycho ward, her father's no help and that nice boy from school (Chace Crawford) might not be so nice after all.
- 'The Unborn' (2009)
Tagline: "He wants to be born now."Odette Yustman stars as Casey, whose brown eyes mysteriously start turning blue and who begins seeing disturbing hallucinations. She learns that she had a twin brother who died in the womb and is now haunting her, or is he "Jumby," a dybbuk who, when he was alive, was experimented on by Nazi doctors? Cue a Jewish "exorcism" performed by Gary Oldman and the ending twist: Casey is pregnant… with twins!
- 'Grace' (2009)
Tagline: "Love... Undying."Jordan Ladd stars as Madeline, who insists on giving birth to her baby even though it was killed in utero after a car accident. When it's born, it miraculously comes back to life, with an appetite. The first clue things aren't quite right: Baby Grace attracts flies and craves not milk, but human blood. Naturally, Mom does what she has to do feed her child.
- '12/12/12' (2012)
Tagline: "The end of the world begins with him."Veronica (Sara Malakul Lane) delivers a baby, Sebastian, who quickly murders the doctors who delivered him. A Satanist named Mahari (Jesus Guevara) wants the baby to live up to his full potential, which he does since he slaughters just about everyone, including a lollipop-toting detective. Despite the title, the movie was released on 12/4/12.
