One of last year's purest -- and funniest -- cinematic pleasures was "21 Jump Street," the Phil Lord and Chris Miller-directed action comedy starring Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill as cops who go undercover in high school to bust a deadly drug ring.

Thankfully, we're getting another goofball installment next summer in the form of "22 Jump Street." Lord and Miller are back, as are Tatum and Hill, and they've just cast a new face to join them: Wyatt Russell, the son of Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn (and half brother of Oliver Hudson and Kate Hudson), will play a frat brother who's a prime suspect in a newly opened case. That's right, folks: the tease at the end of the first movie is being followed! The boys are going to college!

A former minor league hockey player, Russell hasn't been on the acting scene long -- so far he's scored small roles in Judd Apatow's "This is 40," "Cowboys and Aliens," and the Liam Hemsworth drama "Love and Honor." However, the ruggedly handsome ex-athlete clearly has amazing genes; if he's inherited his parents' uncanny sense of comedic timing, then we're in for a treat indeed.

"22 Jump Street" opens on June 13, 2014, which probably means they should start shooting this thing soon, no?
