The animated family film "The Croods" premiered in New York on Sunday, and while Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively were both in attendance, they somehow managed to not be photographed together.

Lively supported her man from afar as he and co-stars Emma Stone, Nicholas Cage, and Catherine Keener worked the red carpet and posed with a furry, life-size character from the movie.

Stone was sans boyfriend (Andrew Garfield) and looked awesome in a black and white knee-length dress. Reynolds was dapper, as always, in blue pinstriped pants, blazer, and sweater.

"The Croods" follows a prehistoric family who are forced to leave the cave they call home after a disaster threatens to change their lives forever. Reynolds plays a resourceful teenager who helps a protective father (Cage), his daughter (Stone), and the rest of the family get to a distant, safe land.
