Moviefone's Blu-ray Pick of the Week "The Princess Bride" 25th Anniversary Edition What's It About? "The Princess Bride" is 25 years old?! That officially pushes it out of the "modern classic" category and into just "classic." See It Because: If you haven't already seen it you must be a young child -- or a sad and lonely person. The new anniversary edition comes complete with commentary and retrospectives from director Rob Reiner and the stars of the film.
New to DVD and Blu-ray "Dark Shadows" What's It About? Johnny Depp and Tim Burton do their "Johnny Depp and Tim Burton" thing on the popular '70s soap opera about vampires in a New England town. Unfortunately, the "Johnny Depp and Tim Burton" thing is running on fumes at this point. See It or Skip It: See it only if you're a die-hard Depp and Burton fan, and think they can do no wrong.

"Grassroots" What's It About? Based on the true story of Seattle activist Grant Cogswell and his grassroots mayoral campaign to change the city's public transit, the film is more lightweight, generic idealism than an honest look at a moment in young politics. See It or Skip It: Skip it. (Also Available on Netflix)
"Iron Sky" What's It About? In this gonzo sci-fi flick, the Nazis have escaped to the moon to live on a top-secret station... and now they're coming back for revenge. Whatever energy this movie was capable of, it blew it all on premise alone. See It or Skip It: Skip it. (Also Available on Amazon Instant Video | Netflix)
"Peace, Love & Misunderstanding" What's It About? An uptight NYC lawyer (Catherine Keener) gets dumped by her husband and decides to take her two kids upstate for a summer vacation; their destination is grandma's house, and grandma (Jane Fonda) just happens to be a pot-smoking, chicken-raising hippie. It's your typical "learn to appreciate life" family schmaltz wrapped in every hippie cliche you can think of. See It or Skip It: Skip it. (Also Available on Amazon Instant Video | Netflix | Redbox)
"People Like Us" What's It About? A son (Chris Pine) is tasked with the responsibility of taking his deceased dad's fortune to his long-lost sister (Elizabeth Banks). It's a fine, personal, character-drama, but nothing ground-breaking. See It or Skip It: See it or whatever. (Also Available on Amazon Instant Video | Netflix)
"Red Lights" What's It About? Cillian Murphy, Sigourney Weaver and Robert De Niro star in a paranormal thriller that no one's heard of. This is not a good sign. See It or Skip It: Skip it. (Also Available on Amazon Instant Video | Netflix)
"Sound of My Voice" What's It About? A documentary-filming couple infiltrates a cult in the hopes of exposing their enigmatic leader as a fraud, but the further they go undercover, the weaker their grip on reality gets. It's not flawless, but it's certainly an interesting take on the material. See It or Skip It: See it. (Also Available on Amazon Instant Video | Netflix)
