"Catching Fire" is set to hit theaters November 22, 2013, and it will be followed by a two-part conclusion of "Mockingjay" on November 21, 2014 and November 20, 2015.

bad idea! most everyone ( who cares) has read the series by now...way, way too long of a wait! it will fall to the wayside in our minds, while other book series come to life in movies...

Right...because that totally happened with Harry Potter. And Twilight. And Lord of the Rings. (Etc., etc.) People clearly can't stay invested in a series unless every movie comes out within a week.
