"They're heeere." In 1982, those two words, uttered by six-year-old actress Heather O'Rourke, ended up changing the horror landscape. The movie was "Poltergeist," a horror flick that went on to produce two underwhelming sequels, numerous spoofs and a whole host of conspiracy theories surrounding the film's production.

Thirty years ago today, "Poltergeist" was released in theaters. Starring O'Rourke, Craig T. Nelson and JoBeth Williams, the film focused on a ghost who invaded the home of a suburban California family.

Moviefone will have more this week regarding the movie's 30th anniversary, but, for now, let's take a look at a collection of creepy posters and famous clips from the horror franchise.
