Nick Stahl Missing: 'Terminator 3' Actor Has Not Been Seen In A Week (UPDATE)

An LAPD spokesman has confirmed that Nick Stahl, best known for playing John Connor in 2003's "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines," is missing.

The 32-year-old actor was reported missing Monday morning by his wife, Rose Murphy. Foul play is not suspected at this time, LAPD spokesman Richard French told the LA Times. The actor, who also starred on the HBO series "Carnivale," had been frequenting LA's Skid Row area recently, according to TMZ.

Murphy says that the last time she saw Stahl was May 9. She filed court papers in February that sought to limit his visitations with their daughter Marlo, 2, and asked for proof he hadn't used drugs within 24 hours beforehand.

The couple separated in January, the same month Stahl was arrested for refusing to pay an $84 cab fare.

UPDATE: According to the Hollywood Reporter, actor Nick Stahl has checked into rehab. His wife, Rose, confirmed that the two finally spoke on Saturday and that Nick had decided to enter treatment.

this is sick...total sadness. Its like when i saw that ONE of the Backstreet boys' sister died. I will not like that story!
I have issues. Typical issues that have like others maybe distorted my perception of people. LIKE TOPHER GRACE in the movie traffic. I am so sorry that this shi* is happening. There are painful experiences, and like DMX...there are ways to cope. The howdy doody photo with his wife and the EXPLOITATION of being sober for visitation rights are sick.Nick, I don't know you, and I don't owe you very much. There are some therapuetic ways of dealing with this shi*.It can take a long, long time.
