'Think Like A Man' Takes Out 'Hunger Games' At Box Office With $33 Million Haul

A fourth number-one slot in a row wasn't meant to be for "The Hunger Games," as the dystopian flick dropped to number three in this weekend's box office.

Picking up the slack was the romantic comedy "Think Like a Man," whose $33 millon take was good enough for the top spot. The film, starring Michael Ealy, Taraji P. Henson and Gabrielle Union, is based on the best-selling Steve Harvey book, "Act Like a Woman, Think Like a Man."

Stepping into the second position, with $22.8 million, was the Nicholas Sparks' tale, "The Lucky One." Starring heartthrob Zac Efron, the movie follows the love story between Sgt. Logan Thibault (Efron) and a woman he doesn't know but credits with saving his life while overseas in Iraq.

The four-time box office champ "Hunger Games" moves to number three on the chart, racking up $14.5 million. That brings the film's total nationwide gross to a whopping $356 million.

Rounding out the top five is Disneynature's new documentary, "Chimpanzee," which brought in an impressive -- at least from a nature doc point of view -- $10.2 million, and the Farrelly brothers' "Three Stooges," dropping from last week's number-two slot, with $9.2 million.

You can check out the full top ten below.

1. "Think Like a Man" ($33 million)
2. "The Lucky One" ($22.8 million)
3. "The Hunger Games" ($14.5 million)
4. "Chimpanzee" ($10.2 million)
5. "The Three Stooges" ($9.2 million)
6. "The Cabin in the Woods" ($7.8 million)
7. "American Reunion" ($5.2 million)
8. "Titanic 3D" ($5 million)
9. "21 Jump Street" ($4.6 million)
10. "Mirror Mirror" ($4.1 million)

This news is just painful. The trailer of this movie seemed like a warning to avoid it like the plague. Kevin Hart is a pretty good stand up comedian, but he further proves that those skills do not carry over to the silver screen. The most memorable movie that Kevin Hart has ever done was Soul Plane and everyone knows how that turned out.

Third-ed! Great film! And, I don't usually enjoy romances, I generally find them too cheesy!
