We've got an exclusive look at Meryl Streep's Oscar-winning role in "The Iron Lady." Plus, a full breakdown on all the home entertainment releases for the week -- whether you're DVD or Blu-ray, streaming or rental.

Moviefone's Pick of the Week

"Into the Abyss"
What's It About?
Werner Herzog turns his documentary lens onto Conroe, Texas, examining a triple homicide case and the tragic fallout that affected everyone involved.
See It Because: "Abyss" doesn't try to change any legislation regarding the death penalty; Herzog -- who is against capital punishment -- simply tries to understand the issue from all perspectives. What follows is a tragic, but ultimately thought-provoking film.

"The Iron Lady"

What's It About? The Margaret Thatcher biopic may have been met with divisive reviews, but you should find out for yourself if the movie truly deserved to end Meryl's unlucky losing streak at the Oscars.
See It or Skip It: See it.

"The Darkest Hour"
What's It About?Young pretty people fight aliens that take the form of clouds of dust, in one of the stupidest movies made in a long time (and that's saying something).
See It or Skip It: Skip it.

"Astonishing X-Men: Dangerous"
What's It About?Part two of Joss Whedon's acclaimed storyline starring Marvel's mutants, gets adapted as a motion comic -- as in animating the panels of the comic book itself; it's not always the cleanest-looking effect, but it's still a worthy experiment for superhero entertainment.
See It or Skip It: See it, if you're already a comic-book geek.

"Dorothy and The Witches of Oz"
What's It About?A modern-day reworking of the "Oz" story featuring Christopher Lloyd, Lance Henriksen and "LOTR's" Sean Astin and Billy Boyd could make for some B-movie fun, but this project is just too damn cheap-looking.
See It or Skip It: Skip it.

To the Interviewer of Meryl Streep:
The slight against President Obama was not appreciated. What appears to be "a lack of backbone" is tolerance, strategy and intellectual strength. Demonstrated with dignity.

To Meryl Streep:
Your performance in Iron Lady was wonderful and powerful as was the first performance that I saw you (Sophie's Choice), and I became a fan. I appreciate your courage and your talent.
