There were many a meme fashioned in honor of movie-crushing powerhouse "The Hunger Games" (including name and -- the more macabre -- death generators). But if that didn't make you feel like a real tribute, this surely will: Now you can actually buy a Panem district.

District 12, the fictional birthplace of heroine Katniss Everdeen, was filmed in Henry River, an abandon mill town in North Carolina. (All of "The Hunger Games" was filmed in the state -- Charlotte served as the film's luxurious capitol.)

The movie's success has brought hungry fans near and far to take a peek around Katniss, Peeta and Gale's old stomping grounds -- spawning promotional events like "Walk Like a Katniss Everdeen" and "The Capitol Experience." Unfortunately, Wade Shepherd, the town's 83-year-old owner, is less than thrilled about its spike in tourism, and is ready to put the place on the market.

"I'm getting too many visitors," he told the Associated Press. "Day and night, they're driving through, taking pictures, getting out and walking. I'm just bombarded with people."

Shepherd is hoping to get rid of the newly-populated ghost town for a mere $1.4 million. (Chump change compared with "The Hunger Games" earnings, which brought in over 180 times that amount.)

No word on whether or not Greasy Sae will be setting up shop.
