CATEGORIES Movie NewsWhile Channing Tatum has made a name for himself in shoot-em-up action flicks, his turn as the devoted husband in "The Vow" might have propelled him to leading man leagues.
Deadline.com reports that directors Lana and Andy Wachowski ("The Matrix") are eying Tatum to star alongside "Black Swan" minx, Mila Kunis in their upcoming sci-fi film, "Jupiter Ascending."
Details on the film are scant but it is said to be a Wachowski brainchild, which would make "Jupiter Ascending" their highly-anticipated return to science fiction. The film is set to being production in late 2012. At the beginning of the year, Kunis's "Black Swan" co-star, Natalie Portman, was reportedly in talks for the role. (Art reflecting life!)
Tatum's most recent film, "21 Jump Street" street screened at Austin's South by South West film festival and opened to big box office numbers. Kunis has wrapped two films, "Ted" and "Oz: The Great and Powerful."
