Elizabeth Banks: 'Hunger Games' Haters Should Relax (VIDEO)

Not everyone loves "The Hunger Games." For Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Elizabeth Banks, that might seem like a problem, but Banks is here to set the record straight.

"[People ask] 'Are you worried about the haters, these people that don't like us?'" Banks said during Moviefone's special "Hunger Games" unscripted session. "I feel like all of us have to be like, 'We committed.' Suzanne Collins wrote the book, and she's happy. So we're happy."

Or as Josh Hutcherson responded: "Haters gonna hate."

I dont hate the Hunger Games because it's a bad book or movie. I hate it because it rips off a great Japanese movie from 2000 called Battle Royale. (The book was published in 2008)

Things are going too far in the other direction. Shows nowadays are trying too hard to please groups (not just women) who before didn't have a strong voice in entertainment. They are trying too hard now not to piss anyone off, except the straight male, who they have no problem taking a piss on. I think it's being overdone.

Most men will not watch this show and would be watching sports or playing Xbox, because of the political correct worn out messages most shows pump out.

If you are not repeating the feminist doctrine, feminist indoctrinated posters spew vile, sexist accusations at anyone with differing views. All the while claiming the high ground of compassion, reason, civility and evolutionary enlightenment.

I am glad others are waking up to the social engineering going on in the media. Time for real men to call this out when you see it.
