This weekend sees the release of "Salmon Fishing in the Yemen," a new film which imagines Ewan McGregor ("that wiley scot," to quote Christopher Plummer), as a fisheries expert who's charged with bringing salmon fishing to the Arabic nation at the behest of a rich sheik. But, don't be fooled; "Salmon Fishing" also features a tumultuous love affair between McGregor and Emily Blunt, one compounded by the fact that her boyfriend has gone MIA in Afghanistan. Tragic!
