Gordon Gekko might have been the epitome of Wall Street greed, but not anymore. In a new public service announcement from the FBI, Michael Douglas warns consumers of the dangers of financial fraud.

In the video, Douglas, who played Gekko in the 1987 Oliver Stone film, "Wall Street" and its sequel, "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps," tells viewers that "the movie was fiction, but the problem is real. Our economy is increasingly dependent on the success and the integrity of the financial markets. If a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is."

The one-minute PSA also features a clip of Douglas uttering one of Gekko's most quotable lines from "Wall Street": "Greed, for lack of a better word, is good. Greed is right."

You can check out Michael's message in the video above.

Douglas' latest film was the Steven Soderbergh action-thriller "Haywire."

Gordon Gekko was a villian in the 80s. He's about to be the Republican nominee for President in 2012. Who do you think Romney really is? He's a corporate raider and vulture capitalist who like Gordon Gekko buys companies, loads them with debt, and destroys them.

Get ready folks, Gekko will make sure the rich get theirs while you see your social fabric, jobs, and life style unravel before your very eyes.
