Matthew Broderick Plays Ferris Bueller In Super Bowl Ad

It isn't another iteration of the Bud Bowl, but Super Bowl XLVI will have a decidedly '80s feel on Feb. 5. It seems that Matthew Broderick is going to reprise his Ferris Bueller persona for a mystery commercial.

No word yet on what the spot is for -- not even your best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl knows -- but the tease eenacts the first scene from t he 1986 classic.

The "big reveal" won't happen until Super Bowl Sunday, which gives you some time to learn the clarinet. Never had one lesson!

YES!!! Ferris is the President of the United States and Sloane is the First Lady, w/Cam as his Chief of Staff. Jeanie's lobbyist, Rooney has turn into a caricature of Rush Limbaugh and of course Charlie Sheen makes a cameo as a millionaire playboy!

I hope they make a sequel to Ferris Bueller but not until Broderick is about 75 years old. The story should be based on him and Cameron attempting to escape an old age home. Someone smart get to work on that script please.
