Cue up Michael Giacchino's "Married Life" from the 'Up' soundtrack and cry throughout the remainder of this post. A married couple from California, two self-described "Disney fanatics," have purchased a home in Utah built to look like the one in 'Up' for $400,000. "We just love the message of the movie - adventure is out there," Lynette Hamblin told The Salt Lake Tribune. Altogether now: AWWWW.

Per the Associated Press's cold and detached style, "The house is modeled on its appearance early in the movie, when Carl and Ellie Frederickson are flush with the optimism of newlyweds. That was before infertility undid their hopes for a family and Ellie's death left Carl a curmudgeonly recluse who refuses to succumb to developers and sell his house." Cheery!

The house, which is located in the Salt Lake City suburb of Herriman, has already been visited by roughly 45,000 tourists; Herriman city council representatives recently honored the house for its positive impact on the economy.

The Hamblins plan to move in on Jan. 4, which in a kind twist, is also Lynette's birthday.
