Apparently it was unofficially 'Star Wars' week here at Moviefone. It's not something we planned for -- it just sort of happened. First, Daniel Radcliffe admitted to never seeing 'Star Wars,' then there were those crayons in the shape of 'Star Wars' characters and finally, the 'Star Wars' Blu-ray set global sales records. Now, we have Japanese subway cars with lightsabers.

To help market the release of the new Blu-ray box set, Lucasfilm has adorned subway handles in Japan with lightsaber decals (photo below). It's a pretty sweet idea for a marketing campaign, but, as the folks at OhGizmo! point out, it's not nearly as ambitious as turning the BT Tower in London into a giant lightsaber, which was done late last week.
