We know what you're thinking, Wait, wasn't Seth Rogen already in a "my friend has cancer movie" called 'Funny People' a few years ago? Why would I want to see that again? Because, yes, that's what we were thinking, too. After seeing an early screening of '50/50' last week, we can only imagine Rogen's thought process upon receiving this script was, O.K., yes, now this is the "my friend has cancer movie" that I meant to do. Anyway, that's our way of saying, yes, we really enjoyed '50/50.' (But you may want to pack a hanky.)
In this exclusive R-Rated clip, Adam (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) has just started chemotherapy to treat a rare form of cancer that is embedded in his spine. Instead of waiting for the inevitable hair loss that accompanies such treatment, Adam decides to tackle the issue head on, so to speak, and shave off his hair using his best friend Kyle's [Seth Rogen] hair clippers. Unfortunately, it's revealed that Kyle uses the clippers to trim hair that is located near his... well, near his... you know what, just watch the clip right here. (And that location is probably not exactly where you are thinking.)
'50/50' arrives in theaters on on September 30.
