We're not going to lie: We were pretty disappointed when we found out Marvel would not be returning to Hall H at Comic-Con this year. There would be no triumphant "Avengers assemble!" moment like we saw in 2010 when the entire cast of 'The Avengers' stood arm-in-arm on stage.

However, it's not all bad news this year. After all, Marvel only said they weren't returning to Hall H, not that they wouldn't be returning at all -- and now we may finally know what they have in store.

An unnamed source told First Showing (via CinemaBlend) that Marvel is planning a presentation involving SHIELD, the government agency that oversees the Avengers. The exhibit would include a variety of SHIELD cars along with a set piece from the Helicarrier, the team's main mode of transportation.

It's also rumored that Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Chris Evans (Captain America) and Mark Ruffalo (Hulk) may show up to sign autographs.

In other Marvel/Comic-Con-related news, there may be a special screening of 'Captain America,' which opens on July 22 (Comic-Con is July 21-24).

What do you think we will see from Marvel at this year's convention?
