We've already told you how madly in love we are with Rachel Weisz (oh, those eyes), so it shouldn't come as a surprise that we're more than happy to share with you this trailer for the Larysa Kondracki-directed 'The Whistleblower,' with Weisz starring as an American police officer who becomes a peacekeeper in post-war Bosnia. The film, which was inspired by true events, also stars Vanessa Redgrave, Monica Bellucci and David Strathairn (three more of our faves), and opens in limited release via Samuel Goldwyn Films on Aug. 5.

Here's the official synopsis:
Inspired by actual events, Kathy (Rachel Weisz) is an American police officer from Nebraska who takes a job working as a peacekeeper in post-war Bosnia. Her expectations of helping to rebuild a devastated country are dashed when she blows the whistle on a United Nations cover-up of a sex trafficking scandal, uncovering corruption and murder amid a world of private contractors and multinational diplomatic doubletalk.
