Confirming long-standing rumors following 'Glee''s tribute episode, Ryan Murphy told sources that he is "definitely" remaking cult favorite 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show.'

Murphy told reporters he has already cast a few of the lead roles, with 'Glee' actress Lea Michele taking over Susan Sarandon's Janet and 'Twilight' hunk Robert Pattinson getting his dork on as Brad.

Murphy also let slip that funnyman Russell Brand is in talks to play Tim Curry's notorious -- and sexual -- Dr. Frank-N-Furter and, continuing his role from the 'Glee' 'Rocky Horror' episode, John Stamos will most likely play motorcycle man Eddie (originally portrayed by Meat Loaf).

"I'm excited because the 'Glee' tribute episode really showed that young people can't wait to hear these songs redone by these talented people," Murphy said, also hinting that 'Glee' cast members Cory Monteith, Dianna Agron, Chris Colfer and Darren Criss will have roles in the remake.

Murphy also said he is considering converting the footage to 3D after filming to give the movie "the look and feel of the midnight run" stage performances.

Let the speculation on who will play who begin!
