James Patterson's Alex Cross, last seen in Paramount's 'Kiss the Girls' and 'Along Came a Spider,' both starring Morgan Freeman, will return to the big screen in 'I, Alex Cross,' a reboot of the series with Tyler Perry as the title character. This one is being developed for Will Smith and Denzel Washington. David Dobkin ('Wedding Crashers,' the upcoming 'The Change-Up' and the recently announced 'The Judge') is attached to direct.
