After premiering at Sundance to rave reviews, audiences have been eagerly anticipating the release of the indie comedy 'Win Win,' starring America's favorite schlubby character actor Paul Giamatti.

Giamatti plays Mike Flaherty, a small-time New Jersey lawyer and part-time wrestling coach to the worst team in the state. While he's struggling to make ends meet, he schemes to become the legal guardian of one his clients -- who has gone senile -- and dump him into a retirement home, then collect on the health-care wages. But then trouble arrives in the form of Kyle Timmons (Alex Schaeffer) the old man's grandson, who is looking to re-connect with his family. Kyle could get in the way of Mike's money scam, but he also happens to be a high school wrestling star in the state of Ohio. It's up to Mike to figure out how he can keep collecting the old man's money, reconnect the boy with his grandson and use him to change things around for the wrestling team.

'Win Win' doesn't open until March 25 but we have an exclusive sneak preview for you right now, showing Giamatti in action.
