  • Ricky Gervais will lend his voice to Mole, the lead character in the live-action/puppetry hybrid adaptation of 'The Wind in the Willows.'

  • Eminem will produce and star in 'Random Acts of Violence' for Fox. The project was originally conceived of years ago as an unofficial 'Grand Theft Auto' movie, but Vulture's sources say that recent work done on the script by 'Seraphim Falls' director David Von Ancken has steered it away from its chaotic, video game-inspired roots and towards more realistic territory.

  • Gloria Shuri Nava, the inspired, deadpan make-up artist who taught you how to look uncannily like a Na'vi, is back once again with a tutorial for how to look as perfect as Natalie Portman in 'Black Swan':




  • Danny Strong, who alternates between acting and screenwriting, has been brought in to rewrite 'Earth Defense Force' for producer Sam Raimi and director Pierre Morel. He'll be working from an original script from 'Air Force One' writer Andrew Marlowe.


  • Just a heads up that The Weinstein Company have, unsurprisingly, bumped their aliens-on-the-moon flick 'Apollo 18' back a few weeks to April 22nd.
