We still have a few weeks to go until 'The King's Speech' hits theaters, but today, Moviefone is exclusively debuting the poster for the movie, which puts stars Colin Firth, Helena Bonham Carter and Geoffrey Rush on prominent display.
'The King's Speech' Poster
In the film, Firth plays King George IV, who became the King of England after his brother abdicated the throne. The only problem: George has a terrible stammer, and as England moves towards the brink of World War II, he must learn to overcome it with the help of an unconventional speech therapist (Rush). Guiding George along the way is his wife, played by Bonham Carter.
The film is already generating major Oscar buzz, and some say that Firth could walk away with the Best Actor Oscar. Will it actually happen? We'll find out in February. For now, though, check out the exclusive poster for 'The King's Speech,' then be sure to see the film when it opens in limited release on Nov. 26.
