Normally for the SFS Movie Club we try to treat it like a staff picks section at a video store; a spotlight, as it were, for movies we think are particularly deserving of attention. That's not what I'm doing this week. I am selecting InAlienable not because I think it's something that people need to see - I have yet to see it myself - but because I think its cover art is pretty sweet (I have a soft spot for anything with tentacles).

I am curious beyond the cover art, though. Not because I'm particularly excited by Star Trek veteran Walter Koenig's involvement, but because the reviews for the film over at Netflix (where it is available to Watch Instantly) are overwhelmingly negative. Yep, I'm one of those self-loathing movie lovers who takes a string of single star reviews and critiques along the lines of "Epic Stupid!" as a challenge. Surely there is no way that a movie with this awesome of a cover is that bad...
