Guillermo Del ToroToday marks day two of San Diego Comic-Con 2010, a three-day event in which the biggest names in sci-fi, fantasy, horror and superhero movies will be on hand to answer fan questions and show off previews of the most-hyped movies.

Comic-Con's second day brings the big guns, with rumors that 'Pan's Labyrinth' mastermind Guillermo Del Toro will announce his next project during a panel for 'Don't Be Afraid of the Dark.'

Del Toro recently dropped out of the highly anticipated 'Hobbit' movie, citing scheduling conflicts, among other issues.

Meanwhile, Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg and Eva Mendes will answer questions on the 'Other Guys' panel, along with the film's director, Adam McKay. (McKay also created Funny or Die's hilarious 'Pearl the Landlord' segments with Ferrell.) Hotties Paul Bettany, Maggie Q, Karl Urban, Cam Gigandet and Stephen Moyer will also be on hand to talk about their film 'Priest,' which hits theaters in 2011.

In superhero movie news, director James Gunn will talk about his new comedy 'Super,' starring 'Office' funnyman Rainn Wilson. Wilson, Gunn and co-stars Liv Tyler and Nathan Fillion will all be at the panel, which will reveal costumes worn by Wilson and Ellen Page in the film.

The panel for another superhero flick, Michel Gondry's 'The Green Hornet,' is also on today's schedule. Stars Seth Rogen and Christoph Waltz ('Inglorious Basterds') will be in attendance with producer Neal Moritz and writer Evan Goldberg ('Superbad').
