FootlooseWhen Paramount Pictures announced plans for a remake of the classic 1984 film 'Footloose,' many fans were not pleased to hear the news. Now starring relative newbie Kenny Wormald, the new 'Footloose' was initially conceived as star vehicle for Zac Efron, and is set to premiere in 2011.

When filmmaker Dave Seger and friends heard about the remake, they had this thought: "If anyone's going to ruin 'Footloose' ... It's us."

Produced by Tim Marklevitz and Dave Seger, 'Our Footloose Remake' is a crowdsourced feature-length film that was meticulously assembled from 50-plus separate scenes which were shot by 58 different directors.
