The film, which boasts a stellar cast including Philip Seymour Hoffman, Robin Wright and Jonah Hill, was co-written by Steven Zaillian ('American Gangster') and Aaron Sorkin, and is being directed by Hoffman's 'Capote' helmer Bennett Miller. Production recently got under way in Los Angeles.

In addition to his role on 'Parks and Recreation,' Pratt, a Minnesotan who was discovered waiting tables at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company in Maui, HI, by Rae Dawn Chong, recently appeared opposite Megan Fox (and 'O.C.' alum Adam Brody) in 'Jennifer's Body,' and has the comedy 'Young Americans' with Topher Grace and his wife Anna Faris slated to hit theaters in January.
