Oliver Parker ('St. Trinians') is helming the follow-up, which also co-stars U.K. television actor Daniel Kaluuya.

The casting marks another U.K.-based role for Anderson, who has kept busy with a number of British film and theater productions since moving to London after 'The X-Files' left the air in 2002.

Anderson returned to the U.S. in 2008 to reprise her most famous role, Agent Dana Scully, in 'The X-Files: I Want to Believe.'
