From Washington, D.C. to Wall Street -- Leonardo DiCaprio and Ridley Scott aren't afraid of a little danger.

Deadline reports that the duo may reteam for the film adaptation of 'The Wolf of Wall Street,' Jordan Belfort's memoir of '90s-era stockbroker decadence.

DiCaprio and Scott previously collaborated on the CIA thriller, 'Body of Lies' (pictured).

Scott reportedly loves the 'Wolf' script by Terence Winter, which follows a group of stockbrokers that squeezed clients to buy stocks that paid off enormously for the brokers themselves, who lived extravagantly off the riches until they were brought down by the Feds. DiCaprio was circling the project two years ago with his frequent collaborator, Martin Scorsese. The project fell through due to a tug of war between Warner Bros. and Paramount, and the pair went on to do 'Shutter Island' instead.

However, scheduling is an issue for all involved, as Scott might not be able to do another project before he tackles the 'Alien' prequel for Fox. Meanwhile, DiCaprio is expected to star as J. Edgar Hoover in director Clint Eastwood's biopic, 'Hoover.'

Leonardo DiCaprio's latest film, 'Inception,' opens Jul. 16.
