Today marks the official start of the annual Electronic Entertainment Expo (better known as E3 to the gamer contingent) -- gaming's largest trade show, held every year in Los Angeles. This is like mecca for gamers -- the place where new games and hardware are unveiled and we get a glimpse at titles we'll be salivating over for the next year or so.
I'm not at the show this year, but I've attended numerous times in the past. It's awesome, but it will kill your feet. Since I'm not at there, I won't be sharing any "hands on" impressions of upcoming horror games, but I will be bringing you new trailers and news as titles are unveiled.
Kicking things off is a brand new teaser clip for EA's Dead Space 2. The sequel to the survival horror hit brings star Isaac Clarke back to do battle with the vicious alien Necromorphs once again. The follow-up looks to tweak some of the gameplay from the first title and promises a new array of plasma weaponry -- all the better to dismember your alien enemies with.
This new clip is a short teaser and shows Isaac squaring off against a beast being dubbed "the puker" -- it's exactly what it sounds like, and the trailer is pretty gross. I don't want to sell it any more than that -- so check it out after the jump, and be sure to check back later today when the official Dead Space 2 E3 trailer debuts.
