Sandra Bullock Ryan ReynoldsSandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds will reunite in the action-comedy 'Most Wanted' from a pitch by Peter Chiarelli ('The Proposal') In it, the duo, who co-starred in last year's box office phenom 'The Proposal,' will play a criminal suspect (Bullock) and FBI agent (Reynolds), respectively, who are ambushed on their way to court and are quickly forced to go on the run. According to the exclusive report from EW.com, 'Proposal' director Anne Fletcher is in talks to direct the project, which was reportedly purchased for $1 million by Universal on Friday.

This will mark Bullock's first film since her Oscar-winning turn in last year's 'The Blind Side,' which grossed nearly $256 million at the domestic box office. Recently, she has been at the center of a media firestorm after it was revealed that her husband, Jesse James, had cheated on her -- a subject she lightly touched while accepting the MTV Generation Award at last night's MTV Movie Awards. Reynolds, meanwhile, is busy filming the 'Green Lantern,' opposite Blake Lively and Peter Sarsgaard. 'Green Lantern' hits theaters on Jun. 17, 2011, in 3-D. Martin Campbell directs.
