Have you been holding out for a sequel to 'Beetlejuice?' If so, you just might be in luck.

Michael Keaton, who played the ghoulish guide to the afterlife in Tim Burton's 1988 film, says he'd do a sequel "in a heartbeat."

While out promoting 'Toy Story 3,' (Keaton voices the new-to-the-franchise Ken doll), Moviehole asked the actor if he'd like to revisit one of his best-loved roles.

"Oh, I'd do that in a heartbeat," he said. "Absolutely, that's the one thing I'd love to do again." Have you been holding out for a sequel to 'Beetlejuice?' If so, you just might be in luck.

Last month Geena Davis also expressed her enthusiasm for a 'Beetlejuice' sequel. "I would do that," Davis told Moviehole, but started to speculate if ghosts age. "Wouldn't we be stuck in the age we were? Alec [Baldwin] and I would have to look as we did then - who knows, maybe we could? I better get in touch with Tim Burton," she said. And better call Baldwin and Winona Ryder too.

Two actors' thumbs up is no guarantee for a go-ahead, of course. Even if Burton is game to take on a sequel, the director is booked up with projects galore, including 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter' and 'The Addams Family.'

In the meantime, be on the look out for 'Toy Story 3,' which opens next Fri., Jun. 18.
