The film's story follows our Marvel heroes as they are invited to London to receive medals from the Queen and are then attacked by Doctor Doom, who ironically you may have seen in another superhero film that destroys large swathes of the capital - Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.

The concept behind its '4D-ness' is that, in a similar way to the recent London Eye film experience, it will vibrate the audience and spray them with various elements like water, wind and fire (okay we made the fire part up) so when The Hulk sneezes the audience is sprayed with (hopefully) water. It all sounds a bit gimmicky but kids should go crazy and hopefully it will give us a little taster of what a proper Avengers movie featuring the whole cast of Marvel heroes would look like.

There's a trailer for you to watch below, you'll have to supply your own 4D effects yourself... to see the real thing head for Madame Tussauds in London.
