Alan Burnett and Stan Berkowitz, who have previously written episodes of the popular Batman animated series, are developing an arena style show that is going to be put on by the folks that bought us the award-winning Walking With Dinosaurs tour.

According to Heatvision, it will not be traditional plot driven affair but, like Walking With Dinosaurs, an arena production that will be family friendly (so probably no appearance by a hideously scarred Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent then).

Everything is being kept very much under wraps at the moment so we can't tell you who will feature (except Batman, obviously), what they will do or what it will look like. We can tell you that it will probably be released either in 2011 or 2012 (we like to narrow things down as much as possible here...) and that it will reportedly feature numerous villains.

Anyway, below is a clip from Walking With Dinosaurs to show you what these guys are capable of. Let us know if you're excited about this or are you happy to just wait for the next movie?
