Like father film franchise, like son video game franchise, I suppose. Developed by Zombie Studios (no relation to Rob Zombie, thankfully), the first Saw game, which hit last fall, is getting its first sequel and, surprise(!), it's called simply Saw 2. As far as Saw lore goes, this game will be taking place between the second and third films. From the press release:

"SAW 2 puts players in the shoes of Detective Tapp's estranged son Michael, who is trying to understand his father's death. Through a series of seemingly unconnected events, Michael finds himself facing the man responsible for his Father's demise: Jigsaw. As the game progresses, players will face mind-bending puzzles, as they navigate their way through Jigsaw's terrifying world, and defend themselves against his minions. In order to make it through Jigsaw's games, players must use their intelligence and desire to live in order to survive."

I never got around to playing the first game, though the refrain I heard about it was always one of "better than you'd expect", so I'm a little lost on what in the combat system needed revamping, but apparently it's been altered (presumably for the better) for the sequel - if anyone knows what that would have been necessary, do share below. And speaking of below, down there you can also find the first teaser trailer for Saw 2, which should look mighty familiar to horror fans.
