Verizon's Droid phone just become more drool-worthy since Lance Henriksen signed on as the new voice for the mobile company's ad campaign. The boys at Back to Frank Black were kind enough to share two of the recent adverts, which you can check out after the jump.
The Aliens actor sounds right at home in these videos featuring his iconic voice (he gets to keep his body intact this time around), where he details the "uber intelligent apps" that Droid boasts. One of these is Google Sky Map, and if you haven't tried it yet, you are missing out. It basically allows you to point your phone to the sky and maps out the shiny stuff for you (sometimes it causes severe neck pain -- heart you Google!).
If Google already owns your soul like it does mine and you're easily swayed by Lance Henriksen's powers of suggestion then watch the videos and purchase to your heart's content. Seriously, Bishop could sell me tap water and I'd buy it. Check out the website for more info on Droid (feel free to space out to that delicious white noise). Also, Lance recently did an interview with Chicago DJ Nick Digilio, which is a fun listen -- check it out here.
