The first official poster for 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' was released by Summit Entertainment yesterday, to the delight of Twifans everywhere. Although the film's opening is still over three months away, the studio has started to slowly but steadily ramp up its promotion of the third in the series, which opens June 30.

Two weeks ago, we got our first real look at 'Eclipse' with the debut of its full trailer. Twi-Hards undoubtedly watched the trailer repeatedly, analyzing every word -- along with every smoldering look Edward gives Bella and every flex of muscle on Jacob's (unsurprisingly) bare chest. We also had our first glimpse of the new Victoria, the evil redheaded vampire who is out for revenge. Played by Rachelle Lefevre in the first two films, the role was taken over by Bryce Dallas Howard in 'Eclipse.' The poster's tagline reads, "It all begins ... with a choice." Team Edward would argue that there was never a choice to make -- it was always, and ever shall be, Edward. Team Jacob -- fewer in numbers, but equal in passion -- would counter that she made the wrong choice to begin with. Love triangles ... aren't they the best?

Go ahead and inspect the poster up close; you know you want to. A few things to note: Edward's new 'do (less product is more), Bella's new wig (looks good in a still shot) and Jacob's shirt (just the fact that he's wearing one).

And while you're at it, check out these fan-made posters as well. Twipeeps are a dedicated and passionate bunch -- and they apparently don't suck at PhotoShop.
