Hogwarts Castle at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, FloridaHave you ever watched a Harry Potter film and wondered what Diagon Alley or Hogwarts looked like when it was being built? Wizard foremen complaining about the late delivery of magic bricks, pausing only to wolf whistle at a provocatively dressed witch or to feast on an enchanted thermos of butterbeer and a grilled dragon sandwich.

Well, our friends over at Cinematical have discovered the latest photos from inside the upcoming Harry Potter Adventure Park at a site called brianorndof.com. And despite sort of shattering our intro paragraph fantasy, they're sure to get any Potter fans searching for cheap flights to Florida this spring.

Since its inception, a chap called Brian Orndof has been taking photos of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter attraction being built at Universal's Islands of Adventure and posting them on his website. His latest snaps are the most detailed look at the construction so far.

Viewing the photos, it's hard to maintain scepticism as it does actually look pretty authentic. It's obvious no expense has been spared in recreating Hogsmeade village, the train station and Hogwarts itself. Children visiting the park can look forward to being introduced to a world of magic and wonder, and then (if it's anything like the films) a world of horror and terror, plus questions regarding why Professor Dumbledore disappears every time there's a three-headed dog or a huge snake to fight.

The Park is heading towards a Spring 2010 opening in Orlando, the geographical opposite of Scotland, where the movies are filmed.
