Peter and Bobby Farrelly have been making over-the-top, gross-out and usually very successful comedies since 1994, when they burst onto the scene with 'Dumb & Dumber,' starring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. Their biggest hit to date is 'There's Something About Mary' (1998), starring Ben Stiller and Cameron Diaz, which grossed over $176 million, domestically. Their untitled 'Three Stooges' project is still in development, and is rumored to star Oscar winner Sean Penn.

Christina Applegate's recent credits include 'Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel,' 'Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy' and the TV series 'Samantha Who?' on ABC. Alyssa Milano continues to find success on television, having appeared on 'Melrose Place,' 'Charmed' and 'My Name is Earl.' She'll next appear on the ABC comedy series 'Romantically Challenged.'
