Cue the 'Die Hard: With a Walker' jokes.

While doing an interview with MTV for the upcoming 'Cop Out' this week, 54-year-old Bruce Willis hinted that yes, he may be reprising his role as one-liner machine John McClane, and it could be as early as 2011.

"I think we're going to do a 'Die Hard 5' next year," he said.

As far as particulars, Willis remained vague, saying only that he'd like to see 'Live Free or Die Hard's' Len Wiseman direct, and that "it's got to go worldwide." Cue the 'Die Hard: With a Walker' jokes.

Since 'Die Hard' villains thus far have included two German brothers and a gang of South American drug lords, we can only assume Willis wants to see McClane globe-hopping for the next installment, a la -- you guessed it -- Jason Bourne.

After 'Cop Out,' which hits theaters on Friday, Willis can be seen this August in another film that harkens back to his action star days -- 'The Expendables,' alongside Sylvester Stallone, Jet Li, Jason Statham and Arnold Schwarzenegger as a crew of mercenaries hired to kill a South American dictator.

Who knows: Maybe after that we'll get a 'Moonlighting' reunion?
