The masterminds behind the late-'90s cult fave 'Freaks and Geeks' are planning a wedding party.

Or making a movie about planning one, at least.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Paul Feig and Judd Apatow have announced they're re-teaming for a comedy that features 'Saturday Night Live''s Kristen Wiig as a woman desperate to plan a friend's nuptial soiree.

No word yet on a title, but what we do know is that Feig will direct and Apatow will produce.

This will be the first project the two have collaborated on since their short-lived television show on NBC, which is credited for launching the careers of James Franco, Seth Rogen and Jason Segel. The masterminds behind the late-'90s cult fave 'Freaks and Geeks' are planning a wedding party.

Feig has spent the last 10 years mostly in television (we're choosing to ignore his 2006 flick, 'Unaccompanied Minors'), directing numerous episodes of 'Mad Men,' 'The Office,' and 'Weeds,' while Apatow has become the face of the modern-day comedy, with 2005's 'The 40-Year-Old Virgin' and a string of subsequent hits.

Many of those hits have featured Wiig in supporting roles ('Adventureland,' 'Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story,' 'Knocked Up'), but this will be her first starring gig in an Apatow film.

In the meantime, you can next catch Wiig in the big screen adaptation of 'MacGruber,' based on the 'SNL' skit starring Will Forte.

Apatow is producing June's 'Get Him to the Greek,' starring Jonah Hill and Russell Brand.
