The free application gives iPhone and iTouch users a handy-dandy list of all the nominees, the inside dish on all the nominated movies, trailers for all the 10 Best Picture nominees, and a section where you can make your own predictions as to who you think will take home statuettes come Oscar night, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The app promises to gives you a comprehensive look at the race going into the main event, and it may give you the tools to win your Oscar pool as well.

What's more, your picks will be saved in a database, so you can see how your predictions match up with other users. Or you can share them with friends by e-mail or SMS, or on social networks like Facebook or Twitter.

The 82nd Annual Academy Awards will air live Mar. 7 on ABC.
