The Golden Raspberry Awards (aka, the Razzies), founded in 1981 to offset the Academy Awards, honor the worst in cinema each year. There are 11 different categories, from Worst Picture to Worst Leading Actor to Worst New Star. No one in Hollywood paid much attention until 1987, when Bill Cosby became the first person to accept his Golden Razzie for his film 'Leonard, Part 6.' After that, several actors have shown up at the awards to take their lumps. Halle Berry brought her Oscar and held it as she accepted her Razzie for Catwoman (2004).

In honor of this year's nominations (tough break, Sandra Bullock), we've decided to honor those who've received the most Razzie nominations throughout the award's history. (Note: The Razzies will nominate one person for multiple roles in a year and only use one slot -- for example, in 2003, Ben Affleck was nominated for Worst Actor with 'Daredevil' / 'Gigli' / 'Paycheck', so we only counted that as one nomination, not three.) Kevin Costner
Nominations: 14
Wins: 5

Costner is just one of many Oscar winners upon whom Razzie has also smiled. And in fact, with 'The Postman,' Costner swept the major categories (Actor, Director and Picture). Can he say the same about 'Dances With Wolves'? No, he cannot.
Nominated for: '3000 Miles to Graceland' (Worst Actor, Worst Screen Couple), 'The Bodyguard' (Worst Actor, Worst Picture), 'For Love Of The Game' (Worst Actor), 'The Postman' (Worst Actor*, Worst Director*, Worst Picture*), 'Waterworld' (Worst Actor, Worst Picture), 'Wyatt Earp' (Worst Actor*, Worst Picture, Worst Screen Couple)

Eddie Murphy

It's not every actor who can achieve the rare, difficult and dubious distinction of winning both Worst Actor and Worst Supporting Actor, for 'Norbit.'
Nominated for: 'The Adventures of Pluto Nash' (Worst Actor, Worst Screen Couple), 'Harlem Nights' (Worst Director, Worst Screenplay*) 'Imagine That' (Worst Actor), 'Meet Dave' (Worst Actor, Worst Screen Couple), 'Norbit' (Worst Actor*, Worst Supporting Actor*, Worst Picture, Worst Screenplay, Worst Screen Couple)

Sharon Stone

Yes, she actually did receive a nomination for "her lopsided breasts." No one ever said the Razzies were kind.

Adam Sandler
Nominations: 10
Wins: 1

Never has anyone made more money off a one-note joke (his baby-talk voice) than Sandler. The public has let him get away with it, but the Razzies haven't.

Marlon Wayans and Shawn Wayans
Nominations: 10
Wins: 2

All of the brothers' nominations have been together except for Marlon's latest, 'G.I. Joe.' Their 10 nominations in seven categories prove that a family that acts together, fails together (and "wins" together).
Nominated for: 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of the Cobra' (Worst Supporting Actor - Marlon only), 'White Chicks' (Worst Actor*, Worst Actress, Worst Picture, Worst Screenplay, Worst Screen Couple), 'Little Man' (Worst Actor*, Worst Picture, Worst Screenplay, Worst Screen Couple, Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-off or Sequel)

Burt Reynolds
Nominations: 9
Wins: 2

Nine nominations and only two wins? Burt needs to step it up so that his pet crocodiles have more joke awards to eat.
Nominated for: 'Cannonball Run II' (Worst Actor), 'Rent-A-Cop' (Worst Actor), 'Cop and a Half' (Worst Actor*), 'Deal' (Worst Supporting Actor), 'Driven' (Worst Supporting Actor, Worst Screen Couple), 'The Dukes of Hazard' (Worst Supporting Actor), 'Striptease' (Worst Supporting Actor)

George Lucas
Nominations: 9
Wins: 2

It may not be entirely Jar Jar Binks's fault that George Lucas is on this list, but we're going to go ahead and blame him anyway. Because we can.

Steven Seagal

Razzie judges must be upset that Seagal's fled to TV for his series 'The Lawman.' Maybe the Razzies need a new TV category?

John Travolta

Travolta has consistently been nominated since the Razzies began in the early '80s. This year, with a nomination for 'Old Dogs,' he proved you're never too old to learn new tricks ... at sucking.
Nominated for: 'Staying Alive'/'Two of a Kind' (Worst Actor), 'Battlefield Earth' (Worst Actor*, Worst Picture*, Worst Screen Couple*), 'Domestic Disturbance'/'Swordfish' (Worst Actor), 'Old Dogs' (Worst Actor), 'Perfect' (Worst Actor)

Bo Derek

Surprisingly, her braids in '10' were not nominated for a Razzie.
Nominated for: 'Bolero' (Worst Actress*, Worst Picture*), 'Ghosts Can't Do It' (Worst Actress*, Worst Picture*), 'Master of Disguise' (Worst Supporting Actress), 'Tarzan, The Ape Man' (Worst Actress*), 'Tommy Boy' (Worst Supporting Actress)

M. Night Shyamalan
Nominations: 7
Wins: 2

Known for twist endings, Shyamalan's biggest surprise is how far he's thrown his career in the toilet. It only took him two movies to earn enough nominations for this list.
Nominated for: 'Lady in the Water' (Worst Director*, Worst Picture, Worst Screenplay, Worst Supporting Actor*), 'The Happening' (Worst Director, Worst Picture, Worst Screenplay)

Jennifer Lopez
Nominations: 7

Just like Madonna, J.Lo went from music to film -- and has a slew of Razzie nominations to show for it.
Nominated for: 'Gigli' (Worst Actress*, Worst Screen Couple*), 'Jersey Girl' (Worst Supporting Actress, Worst Screen Couple) 'Maid in Manhattan'/'Enough,' 'The Wedding Planner'/'Angel Eyes'

Jenny McCarthy
Nominations: 8
Wins: 3

Did anyone see 'Dirty Love'? Seriously? We're surprised even the Razzies watched it long enough to properly judge her.
Nominated for: 'BASEketball' (Worst Supporting Actress), 'Dirty Love' (Worst Actress*, Worst Picture*, Worst Screenplay*, Worst Screen Couple), 'John Tucker Must Die' (Worst Supporting Actress), 'Witless Protection' (Worst Supporting Actress, Worst Screen Couple)

Ben Affleck

Benny's movie career is kicking him for leaving Matt Damon for J.Lo. He's tied his former girlfriend with 7 nominations (maybe current wife Jennifer Garner should watch her back).

'Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo' shot Schneider all the way onto our list, making it far more successful and influential as a Razzie vehicle than it ever was as a movie.
Nominated for: 'The Benchwarmers' (Worst Actor), 'Big Daddy' (Worst Supporting Actor), 'Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo' (Worst Actor*, Worst Screenplay, Worst Screen Couple), 'I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry' (Worst Supporting Actor)
