Meanwhile, back on planet earth, funnyman Steve Carell is eyeing two projects to film while on hiatus from his hit NBC comedy, 'The Office.' One is an untitled family dramedy from writer Dan Fogelman, which now has 'Bad Santa' scribes Glenn Ficarra and John Requa attached to direct, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The film is about a father in the midst of a marital crisis. Carell is already on board to produce the projec via his company, Carousel Production.

But Carell may opt for 'Mail-Order Groom' instead, which could mark an on-screen reunion with his 'Date Night' co-star, Tina Fey. In it, Carell would play an Eastern European groom whom Fey's lonely and single character decides to marry. Coincidentally, Ficarra and Requa just completed a light rewrite of the script, which has no director attached. The duo also helmed the upcoming flick 'I Love You Phillip Morris,' which opens Mar. 26 and stars Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor.

Either way, it appears that Carell will star in at least one of these projects.
